Greetings, I just wanted to acknowledge your dealership for the quality customer service I received this past Thursday 06/16.2022. I have been in discussions with Ramon for almost a year; from the beginning of the car buying process through the actual purchase. I know you sell cars to make money and you do it well like any other dealership. However, this is a people's business, and you have to make people feel good about the product they are buying and their shopping experience. That said, because of the time and effort provided by Ramon, I chose to travel from Crete, IL to give my business to Grand Subaru in Bensenville. This is not my first auto purchase, and this has been one of the best experiences for me. My point is that he was very patient, willing to go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. I loved how he had a deep understanding for the different cars and how they worked. He was not pushy.
