Dealer sold me a car that had a faulty seat slide and gave me a few hundred dollar “allowance” of price to get seat switch fixed. Brought car to Honda and they quoted me $4k to get it fixed. Further insp gave me a few hundred dollar “allowance” of price to get seat switch fixed. Brought car to Honda and they quoted me $4k to get it fixed. Further inspection to fix seat malfunction showed rust on metal components under seat. Awful smell from hvac system could not be remedied by disinfectant. It appears the interior was exposed to water by flood or otherwise. Salesperson Darian D. and finance guy Adam are pleasant, but I feel like I got fleeced hard. More

Overall experience was ok. I forgot a couple things from my trade in car and they shipped them back to me quickly. Sale and negotiation for trade in was sketchy. Did not appreciate the $1,500 they try to charge for a paint protection you never asked for. The rest was negotiation tactics that are typical but absolutely not customer friendly. So far very happy with the car though. More
