Dealer sold me a car that had a faulty seat slide and gave me a few hundred dollar “allowance” of price to get seat switch fixed. Brought car to Honda and they quoted me $4k to get it fixed. Further insp More

The option to have it fixed was never given. $500 off your advertised price is hardly a discount. If its such a simple repair why wasn’t it done before placing it on lot for sale and how else can metal components under seat rust if they weren’t exposed to water?

Most vehicles do come with paint protection already factored in because most customers end up choosing that option to help protect their investment. As for negotiation tactics we're sorry if you felt it was wasn't smooth. We are not a once price store and try to offer a great price up front. Some customers choose to try and negotiate a lower price and we're always open to the discussion. We do appreciate the feedback and will review with the team.
