My car buying experience with Granite Subaru was fantastic from start to finish. Chase in Sales and Steve the sales manager were direct and easy to deal with. The buying process I use is somewhat di fantastic from start to finish. Chase in Sales and Steve the sales manager were direct and easy to deal with. The buying process I use is somewhat different from how most folks approach it, and they couldn't have made it easier to get to a solid deal on my new Outback. Chase was well-informed about the vehicle during my test drive and came through on every commitment made, including installation of trailer hitch and fascia in time for me to pick up the vehicle, getting Massachusetts plates in just a couple of days, and even providing a NH temp tag for me to use in the meantime. Even John in the business office was straightforward with none of the high-pressure arm-twisting that usually happens just when you think you're done. Highly recommended. More
