There was an issue with "payment" for my service. When I bought my car, I purchased a service package that included free oil changes. The clerk at the payment window didn't understand that and didn't know bought my car, I purchased a service package that included free oil changes. The clerk at the payment window didn't understand that and didn't know what to do with the service charge. She asked a colleague who implied it was my fault for not letting someone know about the package. That information is in the computer. Both of the folks at the payment window were rude and unkind.
