Went Over and Beyond I wanted to recognize Ken in Parts and Blaine and Sean in the Service Dept. I took my car to a local car wash and my Antenna/GPS Cover was ripped off. I wanted to recognize Ken in Parts and Blaine and Sean in the Service Dept. I took my car to a local car wash and my Antenna/GPS Cover was ripped off. I was not able to drive my car to avoid the rain getting into the electrical components of the antenna until it was repaired. Ken ordered my part ASAP, and arranged to have it painted then Blaine was able to get the service part of the work done sooner that we anticipated. I really feel that they went over and beyond to help me get my car back as soon as possible. I would recommend that entire team to anyone. The service dept was a large part in my decision to buy a Ford and they have done a great job. More

Oil change and recall work Great experience - fast and friendly people. Had a recall for a sensor replacement and oil change and both were done before the time promised. Wonderful experience I am a very picky person when it comes to my vehicles. I want to be different. Matt helped me find the perfect f250. Only problem was there wasn't man I am a very picky person when it comes to my vehicles. I want to be different. Matt helped me find the perfect f250. Only problem was there wasn't many of them. He requested dealer transfer on a couple different ones and on one was told we had it only to find out it had been sold but that didn't stop him.
