We found dealership personnel welcoming and so pleasant to work with. From the sales staff to finance staff, it was a great experience. Our car was totaled and we had about 5 days to find a replacement. We to work with. From the sales staff to finance staff, it was a great experience. Our car was totaled and we had about 5 days to find a replacement. We found one on website that was perfect for us - a pre-owned certified Rav4 that had been turned in that week. Low mileage , one owner, former lease that had been housed in garage. We test-drove and paid down payment. We returned to do financing a few days later. Very easy process and fun because of sales people and finance people. We would definitely return to buy our next car. More
