My whole experience in trading in my 2019 RAV4 Hybrid for a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid was the best I have ever had at a Toyota dealership and I have leased or bought some 10 Toyotas over the years. From my visit and a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid was the best I have ever had at a Toyota dealership and I have leased or bought some 10 Toyotas over the years. From my visit and interview with sales consultant Pete Przyborowski and subsequent followup with Joe Cosgrove, when Pete was on vacation, were excellent, transparent, no hard-sell approach. We were thoroughly pleased with the whole process at Greentree. Pete spent more than two hours with us when we picked up the car yesterday and even helped me set up my phone of the car. After my unpleasant experience with Interstate Toyota in Suffern, NY, where I had previously leased some 7-8 Toyotas and with a Honda dealership where they tried to tack on $3000 above sticker price, Greentree was a breath of fresh air.
