Great used car buying experience I very much dislike going to car dealerships due to the high pressure sales tactics. Ready for the worst, my wife and I found the best in Juana. We told her we wanted to see a Tundra and a Tacoma to figure out the difference in space. After test driving both, Juana gave me her card and said if we needed any further help to give her a call. She did not ask for phone numbers, emails or bring us inside to get and try to make a deal when we were not ready. Kudos to Juana. In the end we came back a few times to see some other trucks and ended up purchasing from her. More

Excellent Experience with Greentree Toyota This is the second time we have purchased a Toyota Sienna from Greentree Toyota. We had previously purchased Dodge Caravan Minivans since they first This is the second time we have purchased a Toyota Sienna from Greentree Toyota. We had previously purchased Dodge Caravan Minivans since they first came out. When our two daughters were in grades K through 8, my husband coached them in soccer, basketball, and softball. Because we frequently transported most of the girls on his teams to games, we owned two Dodge Caravans so we could each transport 6 girls. We chose Dodge for 6 reasons: 1) my husband is six feet seven inches tall and he could fit in the Caravan, 2) we could transport 7 people, 3) it had comfortable bucket seats in the second row, 4) it had All-Wheei Drive, 5) my husband does a lot of woodworking and needed a vehicle that enabled him to carry long pieces of lumber, and 6) he taught numerous members of the Pambianchi family in his Technology Education classes at Ridgefield High School and trusted Pamby’s in Ridgefield to give us quality maintenance services. We purchased Dodge Caravans and had them serviced at Pamby’s for many years. When we were ready to purchase a new minivan in 2015, we were so disappointed when we went to Pamby’s and found out that the updated Dodge Caravan no longer offered All-Wheel Drive and my husband could no longer sit comfortably in the driver’s seat! So we began looking for a minivan that met the 6 criteria listed above. After visiting many different dealerships, we found a Toyota Sienna at Greentree Toyota in Danbury met all six of our criteria for our family minivan. Greentree gave us a fair price for our 2015 Toyota Sienna and we have been very pleased with their maintenance services over the years. It has been a pleasure working with Greentree Toyota since 2015. On Saturday, August 17th, we weren’t thinking of purchasing a new minivan yet, but we had been invited to a special promotional event at Greentree and decided to go to see if there had been any new updates since 2015. We were very fortunate to have Juana Torres as our dealer. She is a very animated, kind, happy, professional, patient, and helpful person. We wanted to look at a preowned 2018 Sienna with low mileage that met all of our criteria, but initially, there was only one new 2020 available in Greentree’s inventory. We drove it and really liked it, but it was above our budget. While my husband and I were trying to decide what to do, Juana continued to look through their inventory as we were discussing our options. Before we had come to decision, a preowned 2019 Sienna with only 10,000 miles came available at the Greentree dealership. Juana immediately showed it to us. It had all the same features as the 2020 model. We loved it! So on Saturday we traded in our 2015 Sienna and placed a deposit on the 2019 Sienna, On Monday we brought a certified bank check to Juana. She had taken care of all the paperwork, so she put the license plates on the Sienna, sat with us and helped us program our favorite radio stations, phone service, and GPS, and happily and patiently answered all our questions.
