Jennifer was very attentive to me and explained everything I told her to the mechanic who worked on my car. At first they couldn't find what was wrong but after being so persistant they did. I had taken the car to 3 different garages already who couldn't find what the problem was but Jennifer made sure for me that they would. I was very skeptical about taking it to the dealer but will go back there again if I have any issues. More
