Very bad experience. Buying a car should be a joyful event, providing satisfaction after investing hard-earned money. This did not happen at this KIA dealership. The financing department, specifically Ms. Huda, was confusing and misleading, especially regarding the extended warranty and Military discount, which was never honored despite providing proof of my Army service. The salesperson, Ivana, was not eager to provide the best deal to accommodate our finances and offers. The manager, Mr.DavidAndrew, helped somewhat with the misleading extended warranty issue, but it took two months and multiple calls/emails to get a response to our requests. It was not a pleasant experience overall. More
