NOAH TRULY HELPED ME OUT! ! I was in between a rock and hard place. After paying $947.93 for spark plugs and an oil valve leak to get fixed because y'all said that was why it w ! The day of pickup, I made it 5 mins down the road to 434 and my car shut off on me again... I immediately called Noah and he told me to bring it back (I was already in the process of trying to do that loll). The tech then said it was the camshaft???? ding ding ding a win for Christian!! I appreciate Christian so much for get babygirl ( my car) back running. Noah advocated for me to receive a goodwill repair to which I greatly appreciate I didn't have much else to offer. Thank you Kia More

Lost key, 2 hour oil change/tire rotation wound up 6 hours. Missed my medical appt. I was told a replacement key would take an hour round trip, questioned why key could not be couriered over. Was told that it would take 2 hours to program new key. Was not told that my spare key would have to be reprogrammed. Big excuse was that new bldg. under construction had caused much turmoil. I asked for a loaner and was called by Enterprise car rental who demanded a $50 returnable fee. The loaner program seemed to be nonexistent until I refused to pay Enterprise suggesting that Kia North pay. Loaner car wa finally authorized even though Kia North possessed my undriveable car. Overall, a very poor first visit (and maybe last visit). More
