This was the same dealership that replaced my engine 2 1/2 years ago so when my engine light went on, I of course had great concern service advisor Adolfo aka Nick did a very good job in getting the new i 1/2 years ago so when my engine light went on, I of course had great concern service advisor Adolfo aka Nick did a very good job in getting the new issue with my engine light fixed with minimum discomfort. Nick has excellent customer service skills and I would highly recommend him as he did a very good job in spite of several obstacles. The automatic Text machine at the dealership should be revamped. I did not get my car in the shop for a week and the evening of my first encounter. I got a survey request and a car evaluation that I said I was not interested in and some progress wheel that never did work. These things are annoying and should be eliminated or at least updated and not be disruptive and repetitive. More

I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, but my experience at Kia North was by far the worst. I had an appointment for a regular oil change and arrived at 10:30 AM, yet my service was not completed experience at Kia North was by far the worst. I had an appointment for a regular oil change and arrived at 10:30 AM, yet my service was not completed until 5:25 PM. On top of the unreasonable wait time, I was charged $125, which makes me question what benefit there is to going to the dealer instead of simply using a 10-minute oil change location for a fraction of the price. This is the second vehicle I’ve leased from this location—mainly because my wife likes Kia—but after this experience, I will make sure it’s the last.
