My service advise was the best. However every time I come to the Kia Center for an issue with my car and I book an appointment I’m there for over 3 hrs minimum. The waiting room is very small, Often people waiting for a service spill over into the tables where are the deals are completed. When he told me that I would have possibly a 3-hour wait for my car repair he insisted that I take a courtesy ride home and the back again. Kia North is lucky to have to have Lisan as their employee.
