He learned about what we needed and what we were looking for in vehicle, financial needs and really sorted though the what their inventory had to offer. He was attentive and respectful, and listened carefully through the sale. Because of Rabii and his support team from the Charles the sales manager and our Finance guy, I am elated by the experience.
