I left my car with Greenway Kia West to have a recall addressed. However, one of the technicians broke off my handle to enter the car which led to a long discussion if they would take responsibility. And when they did, I have never heard back from them… This dealership can not be recommended! More

Called for a recall and made appointment. Told it would take 2 hours to fix. Drop off car and call to see if it’s finished and they couldn’t fix it because they didn’t have part. Wouldn’t you know when I made appointment if you had to part bring it was a recall and you have the VIN number to match. Now have to waste another day to bring it back again More
