I went there for the anti-theft recall but since my car had an attempted theft the service department want to charge me a $300 diagnostic service before they would service the anti-theft recall. Great job Kia, I guess I should stayed with Honda CRV. More

They made an appointment for me to bring in my car for a factory recall. They were good enough to make 4 other recall repairs that had not been done by a previous owner. Thank you! However, they didn't have the part for the recall that I had an appointment to have repaired - really??? Now I have to bring the car back. More
