The service was fine, but their communication with customers is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! My calls, texts and emails were never returned. I had to come to the shop in person to get any updates and at times customers is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! My calls, texts and emails were never returned. I had to come to the shop in person to get any updates and at times I was even lied to. It took 4 months (December to April) for my problem to be solved. Everything went faster once I involved the parts department in my problem. They did in a week, what seemed impossible for the service department in 4 months. I plan to get rid of my Kia and I will never purchase another because of this experience. I NEVER want to deal with another Kia service department. More

The process was smooth for the most part. I came looking at different options and decided on one. It was not easy to talk them into a reasonable rate. At the end of the day they still got me I came looking at different options and decided on one. It was not easy to talk them into a reasonable rate. At the end of the day they still got me on a warranty that I know I don't need. because of that I ended up spending WAY over budget. The warranty is decent though and I do have peace of mind even if the warranty cost way more then it needed to be. Hence the 4 Stars. Everyone was very nice though. They treated me with respect, which I appreciate being a woman. More
