Your sales manager Javier is an xxxxxxx! After negotiations he comes to the table being rude and disrespectful telling me I'm not gonna come in his dealership and tell him what I'm gonna pay After negotiations he comes to the table being rude and disrespectful telling me I'm not gonna come in his dealership and tell him what I'm gonna pay. I asked for my key to my car back so I could leave, he brings the key but has a bad attitude and was rude. Chrissie was very knowledgeable of the car and technology, great attitude and as I was leaving came to apologize about the managers attitude. After speaking with the wife we decided to follow through with the purchase as long as I did not have to deal with Mr xxxxxxx. In the deal the car was to come with floor mats. I go to finance, the car goes to detail, after signing all the documents I return to the car to find no floor mats and Chrissie promises to get me the floor mats but there are none at the dealer to fit my car. If Chrissie doesn't keep her promises there will be plenty of negative reviews coming. More
