I had my vehicle in on 12/18/23. I was told a part would be ordered and an engineering case opened. Communication is atrocious. Your wait time- regardless of an oil change or repair is outrageous. This was the worse experience I ever had. The dealership did not want to cove the he cost of my repair and the warranty company did not cover it. The manager was not nice at all, she walks by me several times and didn’t say anything to me. She heard me complaining about how long I been there, she didn’t even apologize. They add a lot of extras without you knowing until you get home because they give you a thumb drive with everything on it. No paper work but close to six thousand more .
