My engine was replaced under a class action settlement. I’m not sure why engine failure killed my starter but I was charged $500+ for a new one. When I complained to Kia customer care they said they would I’m not sure why engine failure killed my starter but I was charged $500+ for a new one. When I complained to Kia customer care they said they would reimburse me as a one time good faith thing. I hated that every time the service advisor texted me it was in all caps. I felt like he was yelling at me. More
