The following information was emailed to me. When talking to the dealership I asked if this applied to me because I had to drive 1 1/2 hours. Yes, I was told they would work with the offers. I was let out of my lease early, gave them a low mileage car in excellent condition. I really only had one new vehicle to choose from, even though I was told a number were available. I did not get a lower lease payment, increased $50. New KIA was same price as my traded in KIA from 3 1/2 years ago. I was told no down payment, yet had to make a lease payment. I had just mad my lease payment, so I really feel it should have been rated proportionally to the time periods. High doubt I will see a refund. AS FOR THE SERVICE…EXCELLENT sales person, lease person, service person and the detailed was OK, they left some protectant on my dash, but I understand why, I can’t get it off either! This is my 5th KIA since 2012, all have been problem free. I do feel the quality has diminished on each trade. My first KIA Optima had a beautiful body style and interior. The important thing is that I feel my KIA will get me safely to and from whatever adventure I take, even if it is just a mile to work. Thank you Ray for your time!!! More

I dropped my vehicle off for service and from the moment I dropped it off I received support. From Elizabeth (Liz) to the technician. My service was awesome. En mi ultimo mantenimiento le dieron un golpe a mi puerta. Ellos me arreglaron el golpe pero recibi mi carro con todo el polvillo dentro de cuando lo repararon. La persona q me atendio cuyo nombre es Julio hizo todo lo posible para ayudarme y se que lo sucedido no fue su culpa. Verdaderamente el servicio de kia nunca es bueno.
