This was a scheduled appointment we were there for just a plain oil change and it took almost 3 hours. The service advisor in training was putting pressure on to buy transmission fluid service. I showed him plain oil change and it took almost 3 hours. The service advisor in training was putting pressure on to buy transmission fluid service. I showed him the kia maintenance schedule page from my hand book that it is not required according to kia manual and it looks like he has never seen a paper copy of the kia manual. He and his advisor were polite and I liked the video of the tech but when I got the paper report from him it was checked considering power steering fluid service. But there is no power steering fluid in my Kia soul as per car manual .So not sure what is going on there. I was surprised that you stopped taking credit cards for payment to both services and the parts department but I am glad at least I had the option to pay with my debit card without paying extra fees. I missed Mark who used to be the director of service I was told he no longer works there . He was the best, he was available to help all the customers and advisor. Thanks Shyam Sao More
