I came into this dealership because of the radio promotion they hav, it is always on all the time of the day sometimes annoying but ctachy you know,so I went and very strange because normaly when yo promotion they hav, it is always on all the time of the day sometimes annoying but ctachy you know,so I went and very strange because normaly when you came to a dealer usually they alot of salesmans attaking you, but the west Orlando is very nice, nobody outside like a vulture but they greet you professional...I met Scott the gentleman helping me, originaly I wants to speak to a spanish guy because it is comfortable for me, but everyone was busy so Scott was there for me to be understanding, even with his voice hard to understand but eerything he say make a sense you know, I wanted to spend a certain payment and help me with this b showing me cars in my budget, he made me feel like I made the right choice for my self and not being pushy like alot of salesmans, I also met a guy name chris, very funny guuy, because i never met an asian who speak spanish so well but they all take care of me, it was a long time doing the paperwork, again i understand because this place was very busy, so u undertand that being patient is good, anyways i like to thank the Scott because he show me everything the right way to buy a car, i am happy because now i have good realiable car with warranty More

My salesman, Alberto, was great! I contacted Alberto after having gone to a different dealership where my experience was extremely high pressure to buy. I was very put off by their pressure tactics. He was very patient with me, and made me feel comfortable. I did not feel the high pressure to buy which I really appreciated. I do not like being rushed into a decision and he let me have the time I needed to be comfortable with my decision and I really appreciated it. I LOVE my new 2011 Kia Soul!! It is a marvelous vehicle with a lot of wonderful options. I came into this Kia after my brother recommended to me, I was please with the service I received from Mark. He was very pleasant and kind in his dealings with me. I know I can be a little stubborn, however Mark was able to get through that and get me what worked for me and I appreciate that very much. In March of '07,I was up late channel surfing when I saw this crazy Kia commercial with all the employees acting a fool. Strange advertising but that's why I went there in the first place. I liked that they were having fun and thought if I buy a car I would like to go there.. so I did. March 18, 2007 I bought a 2007 Kia Optima. It's been a wonderful car and hated to switch but with gas prices, I needed to. While having my Optima serviced several months ago, "V" stopped to chat, he was kind, friendly and gave me his card. He remembered seeing me at my former job, where his friend had worked for a time. When I decided to trade my 1st Kia for a 2nd Kia I contacted "V". He is nice, honest and comfortable to deal with. My daughter is interested in a Rio and her father wants an Optima! I appreciated the finance manager too, he was very nice, knowledgable answering all my questions. I am happy with my choice and for their assistance. I'm divorced and not being taken advantage of is a good feeling! Besides the above, the car is just what I need and very comfy.
