He was very patient with me, and made me feel comfortable. I did not feel the high pressure to buy which I really appreciated. I do not like being rushed into a decision and he let me have the time I needed to be comfortable with my decision and I really appreciated it. I LOVE my new 2011 Kia Soul!! It is a marvelous vehicle with a lot of wonderful options.
