Having recently moved to FL I was looking for a reliable service department for my Kia Niro. The first dealership left MUCH to be desired. Waited 2 hours for an oil change knowing that the agent told me it should be done in 1 hr Max. Also, they filled up the washer fluid with regular water and I traveled to another state which caused to f told me it should be done in 1 hr Max. If I knew, I would never let them fill it with TAP water the gallon is like $2 only. Their is no explanation to that!!! More
