Brought my new Telluride into this dealer in November. They took pictures of the pieces of the car that were falling off. Said they needed approval due to how new the car was. Despite multiple calls to th They took pictures of the pieces of the car that were falling off. Said they needed approval due to how new the car was. Despite multiple calls to this dealership and the corporate Kia offices the car remains unfixed, it is now February. The only call I received was from their customer service team to ask me how my service was. I told him I have never received any service and was still waiting. He said he would “get right on this”. I regret leasing this car. More
