I loved every minute and the best part was I didn’t spend the entire day there, I was in and out in less than 2 hrs!! My old car 2024 Kia K5 GT line needed service so I left I at the service department headed over to the dealership not for a new car just to hand some business with them. The general manager and finance manager Did not hesitate to come and assist me with my problem . Meanwhile, the service department keep giving me updates on my old 2024 car. Let me tell you the experience I had. I walked out Kia with a 2025 brand new Kia K5 GT line car I have no words I can’t even express my feelings of how they handle a situation with my problem and I bow down my head to the management team and Kareem, who was outstanding outstanding outstanding making sure I understand and everything was going well with me Carr make sure he explained he keep me updated.
