I bought a 2025 Kia Soul and purchased a a service agreement with it. I called for an appointment to do an oil change and tire rotation. When I got there I was told it was too early to get an oil chan agreement with it. I called for an appointment to do an oil change and tire rotation. When I got there I was told it was too early to get an oil change and I was going to get charge. The reason was because I had not reached 5000 miles and the system would not allow them to give me my oil change and tire rotation. First of all, I wish they would have called me to let me know. I asked to speak to the manager things got worse. So they decided to falsify my mileage on my vehicle so they wouldn’t be able to charge me for my oil change and tire rotation. I asked for my car because I didn’t want that to happen and they didn’t listen and proceeded to do my oil change anyway. They took my car and told me it was going to be ready at 11:00 am.Well I ended up leaving there 1:30pm. I will be going to another Kia dealership next time. Horrible experience this time around. More

I visited your shop for an oil change with an appointment scheduled in advance. However, I ended up waiting for over three hours. It’s rare for me to write a review but in this case I think it’s warranted. The sales experience was pleasant. Not pushy, also not “exceptional”, but nothing to complain about. On one hand the post-sale communication started off terrible when we had issues with the car. I never received calls back I was promised, received mixed/conflicting or inaccurate answers to questions. Sales referred me to service. Service referred me back to sales. After having my car for a week we were told they wouldn’t fix it. At that point a general manager got involved and the experience was *much* better. I was impressed at how hard they worked to turn a bad situation into a very good outcome. I think the way a company deals with complicated customer issues is very important and in this aspect I was very pleased to work with them. At this stage they seemed honest and to be dealing in good faith. They seemed to genuinely care about their customers’ experience. Given the conclusion I’m giving a high rating. The only big issue was the communication in the middle. That was largely the service department. More
