They tell you do our survey and you get a free oil change I did that but supposedly I didn’t answer their survey correctly so they did not give me a free or change and then they had me waiting almost 4 hours More

One big complaint about Greenway Kia West is that they do not return calls and the voice mail of finance department is always full. Obviously 🙄 they do not check their voice mails regularly. Very frustrating trying to reach Carlos and can’t leave a voicemail and leave a message at front desk and he still doesn’t call. This is by worst dealership I have ever dealt with!
