If I could give them a negative 100, I would. I wish I had read all the complaints about them before going but I had credit issues and believed their ads that they could help. I ended up listening to the credit manager when he said that even though the interest rate and payments were very high, I could refinance in a year. What he failed to tell me was that you'd be so upside down, no bank or credit union would touch the car. Almost two years in and I'm still so unbelievably upside down and can't afford the payments but can't do anything about it. Once you sign the contract, you don't exist as far as they're concerned. I tried to go back a couple of months ago to see if they could do anything to help and the salesman just blew me off. Very rude and unsympathetic. They really could care less. More

I was very satisfied with the service I received. I was just going to look but they worked with me to make sure I was satisfied and I got the car I wanted. Wonderful experience!!My boyfriend and I had went to the Fiat dealership a year before now to get his car and spent a grouling eight hours at the dealership waiting and filling out paper work so I became a Fiat dealership a year before now to get his car and spent a grouling eight hours at the dealership waiting and filling out paper work so I became a little sceptical about how long my visit would be seeing as how this was my first car. But to my surprise we only spent about 3 hours waiting and doing paperwork there! Our sales person wasn't pushy and focused on telling me about the cars and when it came to the payment she strived to get me exactly what I wanted! I must say this was an amazing experience for purchasing my first car! And with all the warranties they give on their new models no other dealership can beat em!! More

I came in believing that the shifter cable on my 2006 Optima had broken and figured I was l looking at at least a $200 repair. It turned out that the bolt had come loose and was lost. He replaced the bolt. I was ready to go in no time and the repair only cost me $60. I was pleasantly surprised to find such an honest and friendly mechanic. He even gave me an estimate on another, less pressing repair, that I need to have taken care of. Unfortunately, I live out of town or I would make it a practice to come to the Universal Kia dealership for service for every bit of maintenance my car needs. It truly was the easiest and most hassle free experience I've EVER had at any service center or garage. Thank you. More

My appointment for my scheduled maintenance was 9:00 am, and I swear they were waiting for me when I pulled up! I had other things I wanted them to check out beside the scheduled maintenance.
