They charged $199 for dealer prep and when we opened the back lift door there was dirt all along the edge. I would get a better cleaning at the car wash for $15. The guys at Greg May Honda Service Center were fantastic. It was a wait to get my paint repair approved, and they did the door trim replacement and repair on my windshield fluid reservoir all at the same tim It was a wait to get my paint repair approved, and they did the door trim replacement and repair on my windshield fluid reservoir all at the same time, so one trip and it took two days in all. I got a ride home after I dropped her off as I live nearby and they were sure to check in with me as to my wait time. They beat their own expectations. More
