First time in my visits I've gotten frustrated although your staff is very kind and professional. My car was in before 10 a.m. for 1/2 day service. Service wasn't completed and when I got a ride to get my your staff is very kind and professional. My car was in before 10 a.m. for 1/2 day service. Service wasn't completed and when I got a ride to get my loaner vehicle I didn't have DL with me. I do think you should tell people to bring it and insurance with them even though it should be common sense. Called mid day next day to receive word it's not ready and there were no loaners and no rides for me to get there. Then they found it could be done by the time my current ride would get there. More
