Busy but effective I have often praised the service and attentiveness of Griffin service to my friends. My most recent visit was acceptable but it was not of the same ca I have often praised the service and attentiveness of Griffin service to my friends. My most recent visit was acceptable but it was not of the same category. When scheduling the service long in advance, I told the service scheduler a specific matter that needed to be fixed. It was fixed. I also told the scheduler that I wanted a complete evaluation of the condition of my vehicle to determine if I would keep it or buy a new car. When I arrived for the scheduled service, the service person was totally unaware of the second very important purpose and told me about numerous limitations in making the evaluation given how busy and understaffed they were that day. I felt like I did not get the information needed to make a decision about my car. More

Service advisor, Albiona Vinca was very accommodating. She was friendly and quickly listed my service needs and asked if I wanted a free car wash. They said it was never scheduled even though I got a comformation email. 2nd time went there and they said they had to reschedule due to 4 other cars there for same reason. 3rd time got in there but they said they would give me a free car wash and never did. Just not the place that does what they say they will do. I would never go back again. More

Great Customer satisfaction The gentleman in the service department let me know that I was getting a full inspection of my brakes before any work was to be done. Because of this The gentleman in the service department let me know that I was getting a full inspection of my brakes before any work was to be done. Did not complete work at time promised. Scheduled appointment on Fusion Energi for recall on charger. Told it would be done by noon. Dropped of night before for immediate start next morning. At 1:30 next afternoon car was looked at for the first time and I received call that work could not start until old charger was brought in (was never told this when appointment was set). Forced to take extra 50 minute drive to get part and did not finish with work until 5:30 at night. John in service left early so I had to deal with/reexplain situation all over again to service department. More
