Quite unexpectedly we were in need of a new vehicle for my husband. I did my research and heard good things about Grinwald Ford so I thought I would give then a shot. I was ready for the high pitched sales tactics and pushing salesman. I was blown over by how friendly, welcoming and accommodating John Foltz was. No pressure, answered all of my questions and really put my mind at ease with purchasing a used car since I have always purchased brand new. John didn't even mention an extended warranty, I was the one that brought it up! My husband and I walked out of the dealership feeling very good about our decision to purchase the 2016 Scion IM. Staying local and buying from Grinwald was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Thanks again John, you are the best! More

I don’t know where 2begin but how disappointing! Starters: engine light goes on day after. Tried telling me nothing was wrong so I took it to kayser who said there was a recall and update needed.
