We had an appointment for a confirmed deal and were ready to close and buy the car. After arriving, we were left waiting in the lobby without clear communication or updates. When we were ready to move forward, we were told to wait for the paperwork. After more waiting, a manager came out and said the vehicle had already been sold, then asked whether we would be interested in other vehicles. Based on my experience, this felt like a bait-and-switch. Very frustrating and disappointing, especially after making the trip for what had been presented as a confirmed deal. I would not recommend making the trip unless everything is confirmed and re-confirmed in writing immediately before arrival. More
