Paula, I wanted to wait until my window tint warranty issue was resolved before responding to you. My peeling window tint was repaired today at Gullo, Conroe. I want to commend Theresa who met me at the service driveway this morning and handled everything with what I call "Old School" courtesy and professionalism. I can tell you that today was the first time since I purchased our 2023 Crown from Ruben that I can say "well done" In my opinion Theresa, I hope I am spelling her name correctly, went above and beyond my expectations to resolve my warranty issue. Both she and Ruben exemplify what I believe customer service should be. I am hopeful that their positive impact on Gullo customers would be recognized by Gullo management and influence others in your organization.
