Faulty engine/transmission I called Gunn Honda to bring my car in because I was getting a sluggish response when the vehicle accelerated from 20 to 30 miles per hour. It had a I called Gunn Honda to bring my car in because I was getting a sluggish response when the vehicle accelerated from 20 to 30 miles per hour. It had a condition of hesitating or missing. I talked to Joe Esparza. He made arrangements for me to come in the next day and advising me that I would need to ride with him to evaluate the condition I stated above. After a short ride Joe identified the problem, explained what he was going to do about it and advised me that he would call me within a couple of hours as to the problem. It turns out the problem was confirmed by their diagnostics and corrected in short order. Joe was very informed and professional throughout my time dealing with the issue. He is a real credit to the dealership and I will continue to use them. More
