Accord’s service at Gunn Honda. The Accord is running smoothly and with power after the oil change. This dealership is always honest, helpful, respectful, and do their best to answer any question you may have. They need a better process in place to funnel customers into the service bay. I had the brake line fluid and a full front brake job replaced on my 2014 Honda Accord and I waited about 3 1/2 hours...but I also made no appointment nor did I catch the shuttle home so that is honestly MY bad. Y’all are awesome!! Management: Make sure you appreciate your front line employees, they bust their butts! More

Terrible sales experience, terrible repair The actual sales guy that took us out (Freeman) for test drive was very nice, but every one else here was completely awful. I bought a used truck The actual sales guy that took us out (Freeman) for test drive was very nice, but every one else here was completely awful. I bought a used truck for Gunn Honda. They told me and my husband that they replaced the shocks on a relatively new truck but didn't tell us why. Their service center manager got very defensive about it, jumping right away to defending their price on the car and talking about how much work they put into it. Turns out it wasn't that much work. After driving around for a couple days, my husband decided to check their work before I went on a long road trip through East Texas. I am forever grateful that he did because apparently Gunn hadn't done all the work they claimed and the nut on on the shock mount bolt was barely hanging on by a thread. It was one good bump away from falling off. I told Gunn about this, and their business manager didn't even respond to me about the shock. He apparently doesn't care at all how much danger he put me in because of his employee's negligent work. Also, when I decided to cancel the extended warranty, the same manager confessed to me that he'd significantly over charged me for it. I highly doubt he would have confessed to his mistake had I not decided to cancel. More
