The people are nice, but they did not check all the basic fluids on my service. I specifically asked to fill washer fluid. It was my daughters car and she was traveling right after the service. My car was there for 2 days with no one calling me or letting me know that it was ready. I spent 2 hrs on hold waiting for the service manager to call me whom never called, I was told he was too busy. I letting me know that it was ready. And to my surprise, I get there and the service manager was playing on his phone, sitting back with a big ole grin on his face. And then he had the audacity to give me attitude when I confronted him. Horrible place, horrible dealership, exceptionally terrible service. I am considering selling car car so that I can disassociate myself with VW altogether. More
