The sales person lied, I got the run-around. We had a price quoted for a vehicle, then after agreeing to it, were told it wasn't possible. We were told a small increase might be necessary, but they agreed to accept a check as a hold on the one we wanted, with the understanding they would not cash it until we came to a final agreement. They then changed the price, twice. They changed vehicles on us, twice. We were passed from one sales agent to another. We finally decided we didn't want to go through with this purchase, and asked for our check back. The check they assured us they would NOT cash/deposit. It was already deposited, evidently within hours of them saying they would not deposit it. It took several hours and multiple phone calls, and I have been told we will have to wait at least 10 business days for the check to clear for us to get a refund. I insisted instead I would put a stop-payment on the check and they can pay any stop payment fee, since they failed to follow-through on their promise. They insist they have no idea who would have said they would not deposit the check. I asked to speak to the general manager, and was assured he would call me back in 10 minutes. That was 2.5 hours ago. I have since called back twice, waited on hold, and left 2 voicemails. I have yet to speak with him. I don't trust them. I will never use them. I will tell anyone who will listens to never go there. They lie. More

Shady Got an offer for my used car thru cars.com, then when I clicked on it, it said “offer expired.” Emailed the name on the offer, Heather, who responded Got an offer for my used car thru cars.com, then when I clicked on it, it said “offer expired.” Emailed the name on the offer, Heather, who responded “ if you come in by close of day Thursday, I’ll make sure they honor it. “ This was after multiple emails from Heather, inquiring about the car and telling me how interested they were. Came in on Wednesday, got the usual clueless salesman (Brennan) who had to talk to his manager (Linda) three times and bottom line, they didn’t honor it, they lowballed me by 1000 less and told me the offer was only good for the rest of the day (the GM Tyler, after this review posted, later admitted that’s not true). Salesman also asked if I would need a ride after I sold him my car, and I said sure. I was surprised and asked “You do that here?” And he said “sure we have plenty of drivers available, it’s no problem.” So later that day when I called to accept their offer, they mysteriously could not offer me a ride and “no drivers were available” for that day or any other day. I can only assume that was just a lie to get me to close the deal? I also asked salesman to email me the offer in writing, before I drove the car down to close the sale, I had a feeling they would change their mind again on the price when I got there. He said “we don’t do that.” Then tried to reach Heather again about all the red flags that were popping up and the same woman who had emailed me 37 times in the past, suddenly isn’t returning my calls or emails (and still never has). I did wind up selling the car there, but for less than they promised and I definitely walked out of there thinking every person I dealt with was kind of oily. And they wonder why car dealerships have such a bad name. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. More
