Terrible culture at this business While at the dealership buying a car with my son, i witnesses Andy yelling at employees. This is unacceptable on every level! I asked and was told that is quite typical and was lucky he didn't use more profane language. Also the experience took three visits to complete the transaction as the finance team wasn't ready. Then when we got to signing papers they had swapped things from me being the cosniger to primary on the loan. At that point I had spent over 5 hours in total at this dealership. Which according to the other employees is a short amount of time. Worst car buying experience and I've been through several. More

Pinch me.. It's gotta be a DREAM I came into Haasz knowing I wasn't leaving with a car. My attitide was crappy but i worked with Julie Simonetti and she smiled and said "Your leaving I came into Haasz knowing I wasn't leaving with a car.
