Finally - someone I can trust and will go back to Everyone at Haasz was great. Friendly and not pushy. My last car was from a dealer that has commercials about "no haggle" and yet I had to argue wit Everyone at Haasz was great. Friendly and not pushy. My last car was from a dealer that has commercials about "no haggle" and yet I had to argue with them for 3 hours about the price that was posted in an ad... it was exhausting. No wonder people hate buying cars. This place was completely different. You walk in - everyone says hi and asks if you need help... that's it ... no one followed me around waiting to pounce, no one tried to sell me or drag information out of me. It was a nice change of pace. I found the car I wanted on their website, went in and asked about it. No pressure sales, just "Here are the keys, go ahead and try it out". I came back from the test drive and told them about a vibration and clunk (this is a used car), they took it back and fixed it the next day... also fixed the A/C and two lights that were out. I took it to my car repair place and had it checked out, they found one thing that needed attention and I went back to Haasz... it has a 3 month warranty and they fixed it. Nothing major but for them to make sure I was happy was just such a NICE change! Not only will I be doing my repairs here now, but my husband's Jeep lease is up in a while and we are definitely going to be buying his next car from Josh at Haasz. If you have had the same bad sales experiences I've had in the past, you will LOVE this breath of fresh air. I was in and out in about an hour. Their sales team is fun and easy going, no lies and no BS. Their repair staff is amazing. This place really has it right! More

He didn't try to pressure us at all, listened when we told him exactly what we wanted, and was so helpful in getting us the best deal possible on our brand new Jeep! It was so nice to have a pleasant car buying experience instead of feeling like someone is trying to take advantage of you and not really caring about what you want. Also got to see a few amazing magic tricks as well! Also, working with Greg Baxter, Finance Director, was a very fast, simple and stressfree experience as well. Did not feel pressured into buying anything that we didn't need. We left there (in record time I might add) feeling completely satisfied with our purchase. That's a great feeling. I would recommend Haasz Automall to all of my friends and family, (and actually have already told 2 people only one day later) to go and see Dante if they want a stress-free car buying experience.
