I have never been to a dealership that worked so hard and went out of their way to get what i wanted in a vehicle at the price i had to work with. Linda went way beyond what i have experianced in the past, b went out of their way to get what i wanted in a vehicle at the price i had to work with. Linda went way beyond what i have experianced in the past, before i went there i had shopped other places, Progressive was nice at first and then just turned into a nightmare with them. other places seemed to want to put you in what they was trying to get off their lot and not trying to make me happy . But Haasz went way way past anything I could of ever expected , I will go there and only there from now on . They listen to you and they do what they can to send you home with what you asked for and wanted. They take their time with you . My Parents bought from them before me and my daughter is going to be buying here in a few years , We know where to go from now on. Not only do you have the lowest prices around, you still work with customers until they leave happy and leave with a car. Drove to Ravenna to buy a sliver Challenger, after being ignored by the staff, finding out the car was a thousand dollars more than advertised, and the salesman not even shaking my hand...I left without eve ignored by the staff, finding out the car was a thousand dollars more than advertised, and the salesman not even shaking my hand...I left without even test-driving it. Keep in mind two things: 1. I have never left a negative online review about anything in my life. 2. The salesman didn't even know they had the car on autotrader.com!!! Maybe we didn't look like much because we had just left the gym, but I had cash on hand to buy the thing outright because we had been looking at it for a little while...all they would have had to do was put forth a little effort...WHICH THEY DID NOT AND WERE DOWNRIGHT RUDE!
