Our credit being far from perfect we were more than a little doubtful that we would find something without a very hefty down payment or very high interest rates that we wouldnt be comfortable with, but Tom was able to get it done. Came to Haasz Auto Mall with my heart set on a Dodge Dart 5 speed manual. I needed to have cruise control and air conditioning. I had approvals at other dealerships but because my credit was weak, they wer 5 speed manual. I needed to have cruise control and air conditioning. I had approvals at other dealerships but because my credit was weak, they were for cars that were 5 to 7 years old with at least 60,000 miles. After talking with Frank at length (On a Sunday, Yes they are open Sundays) he pushed for me to test drive a 2013 Chevy Sonic. The Dodge Dart simply didn't offer cruise with their 5 speed. Upon taking the Sonic for a test drive I was nothing short of impressed. I returned to Frank and filled out a credit application. After pulling my credit, Andy (Preliminary Financing Manager) simply told me "I can get this done." The dealership stayed in contact with me through the financing process which is more than I can say for their competitors in Youngstown. They did indeed get the deal done and with a better rate than was originally quoted. Then my wife and I changed our mind; we wanted an SUV. We returned to the dealership, they got it approved again. Then my wife and I decided that the sonic would work for the time being so they got it approved again. Then my wife and I decided not to get a car at all. The dealer didn't harass us or call everyday; they simply professionally invited us to return when we were ready. A week later we returned again and we were ready. Both Frank and the financing department went right to work. My wife and I were unaware that they had lowered the price of the car online so before closing Frank told us that the price of the car had been dropped and that they would honor the current (lower) price. $1000 down, $485/month budget Driving for $346 with a lifetime warranty! This is a truly reputable, patient and honest dealer. From now on, my wife and I will be dealing directly with Frank and only at Haasz Automall! More
