They were very patient and not pushy with me. It was a long process as I was indecisive, yet Ciro Schiano di Cola was patient and provided sound facts and options. My only comment of concern was after the grueling decision making of buying a new car and being really specific about my price point I was then handed over to finance whom I felt rushed me through very expensive add-ons that I was not pleased about. When I decided that was a deal-breaker and was about to change my mind about the car, suddenly the add-ons became very negotiable. With very few add-ons, we moved forward. I did not appreciate the switch/bait assumption. This is of NO ill reflection on your Sales force. I've only had very positive visits with everyone I have dealt with since. Thank you. More

Great experience at Hagerstown Honda! Due to past negative car buying experiences, I dreaded the task. I was one of those shoppers that waited until the dealerships were closed or Sundays Due to past negative car buying experiences, I dreaded the task. I was one of those shoppers that waited until the dealerships were closed or Sundays to go around and shop for my future car. But after my wonderful experience at the Hagerstown Honda, all that has changed. From the time I begrudgingly entered the show room, I was warmly greeted by my extremely courteous and accommodating salesman Tariq Anwar. Who in addition to making sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire buying process, he also listen closely to my buying parameters, and never made me feel pressured. In addition to Tark, I was so impressed with the friendliness of all the staff and sales persons at Hagerstown Honda. Starting with one of the service staff who saw me earlier looking at the vehicles and offered to find me a sales person, to every sales person that walked by and spoke, said hi, came over and shook my hand, and that was even before I made a purchase! And to state that I had fun is an understatement, for the sales manager (Brandon) who oversaw the entire process, was not only very professional and courteous, but extremely hilarious! Not only did I get the car of my desires, all my fears and hesitations were relieved with the wonderful, courteous, professional and fun sales staff at Hagerstown Honda, and I would highly recommend them to all family and friends!
