Terrible customer service I called this dealer and told them I was interested in a vehicle. I live 250 miles from the dealer and told them that would have to take off work and I called this dealer and told them I was interested in a vehicle. I live 250 miles from the dealer and told them that would have to take off work and book a hotel to come purchase the vehicle. They wouldn't hold the vehicle for me. I took the day off work and booked my hotel room. They then sold the vehicle the day before I was scheduled to come buy it. This type of behavior is was gives car dealerships a bad rap. I am furious as now I am out a vehicle, time and money from work, and had to pay to cancel my hotel room. Just shows that this place values money over good customer service and I will gladly take my business elsewhere. My actual sales rep was helpful (Frankie) until they sold the vehicle I was interested in. More

Great dealership, great people, great prices, great cars I was recently in the market for a vehicle with better gas mileage and test drove the 2017 CR-Vs. The new design is great; performance, fuel mileage, I was recently in the market for a vehicle with better gas mileage and test drove the 2017 CR-Vs. The new design is great; performance, fuel mileage, creature comforts and cargo space. My wife and I are Costco members and were directed to the dealership in Bowie which is over an hours drive from our house. When I called them they did not have one with the colors/options I wanted. They were willing to DX to get it, but that would take a few days/week. I phoned Shockley (Frederick) with my request as well as Hagerstown. Hagerstown had the trim level in the color I wanted. The salesman in Frederick had to call me back, he had to check his inventory. I spoke Ian Smith at Hagerstown. He had the model I wanted and also gave me a price that saved me from driving to Bowie. I made the purchase of a pearl white EX-L Saturday afternoon. O, yeah, the salesman from Frederick called me back Monday afternoon. Everyone we dealt with at Hagerstown was quite helpful and courteous. They explained everything fully and walked me through all the tech my new car had. More
