Last night w My husband and I are repeat customers with Hagerstown Honda. We have purchased a Honda Civic SI and a Toyota Camry over the last 7 years. Last night we bought a Honda Accord Sport. We were greeted immediately by Jason upon entering the dealership. Jason listened to everything we wanted and explained all of our options. He went above and beyond getting us into the car we wanted. Honda gave us a discount for being repeat customers! We were in and out in less than 2 hours. He made sure we were comfortable while we waited. He also set my cellphone up with my car and programed my favorite radio stations while we were signing papers. He took the time to show me how to operate everything inside my car so I would feel comfortable before driving away. I highly recommend Hagerstown Honda and Jason Smith. Great Experience. Happy Civic owner. Had all intentions on buying the Accord Sport, but after testing the Civic and seeing the bells and whistles on the Civic had to change my mind.
