I felt appreciated and mist welcome at Halleen Kia. My sales consultant took the time to explain each step in detail and was very informative. Hello to ALL this review may pertain to and read WE were such lucky buyers ( people Really) to have KIM Nam to represented us in the purchase of the 2020 forte because when we entered your Store others such lucky buyers ( people Really) to have KIM Nam to represented us in the purchase of the 2020 forte because when we entered your Store others personals just looked at us as we said we wanted to buy a car and never approached us so we walked outside to look at cars and while viewing cars this person walking from a totally different area on back lot saw must of saw us and asked Us what we were doing and kim Nam walking as she was only person that approached Us and asked Us questions of what we were doing turned out and Thankfully she became our sales rep This person took Us around your whole lot and ended up showing Us a car that wasn't even ready for sale and discussed it with management to which Bill was very pleased and was able to Purchase the car We don't think if we had anyone else beside this personal Kim Nam we would of left the Dealership as far as the personal Kim Nam had us deal with and communicated with on our behalf was very helpful THANK YOU to KIM NAM for making my friend a very HAPPY PERSON respectfully Leonard L Archibald More
