Friendly and professional employees! Great vehicles. Natalyya Renaudin was the friendliest and most knowledgeable sales person I have ever met. She loves the Kia brand and was so excited and proud to show my husband and I the latest Telluride. She set us up with a test drive and we bought it. Due to the lateness of the hour ( Jay Vicario stayed late to help us with the financial/extra coverage part of it) and the fact that it hadn't been inspected yet, I had to come back the next day to pick it up. Miss Renaudin had it waiting and reviewed so many features and got my phone synced.to my new car. She was funny and so excited for me. She is a definite asset to Kia. When we buy another Kia , she will get our business! They also had tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water - we were there for several hours so the beverages were appreciated. . Everyone made.us feel at home. More
