Charles was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Soul which included the "here's everything you need to know about the Kia Soul" before you drive it off the lot. I was comfortable and ready to challenge the Cleveland area traffic in my sweet little Soul. Jay Vicario helped me with the money aspect and the paperwork.
