I did have a few complaints about the experience. 1) you had said that the "total purchase price" was $42,965. I only found out that this didn't include tax when I sat down with the finance guy (Pa 1) you had said that the "total purchase price" was $42,965. At that point, I was forced to pay after driving 7 hours. 2) the $995 clear coat charge is something that I don't want. I understand it is already on the car. I don't even know how it is supposed to be used. Can you honestly say that it is worth the cost? 3) the delays in delivery were very annoying. Even more so was the lack of visibility. I had to call Aaron and Kia corporate multiple times for anything to happen. Then the car arrived the next day 4) the free oil change is useless to me since I am 7 hours away More

She bent over backwards for us to ensure we could wrap up the purchase on our timeline, and even recommended a great place to stop for lunch!
