Appointments don’t mean anything Because we travelled from Holland OH we made an appointment to see a vehicle, When we arrived we were told the vehicle was out for an overnight test! When queried about our appointment we were told by Pat Halleen “it’s first come first serve”. When we asked him why he didn’t call or email us canceling the appointment he said “I guess that was an oversight”. If this is customer service I don’t want to do business with these people —make your own judgement -Pat’s attitude was dismissive, and he was both arrogant and ill mannerered -couldn’t understand why we even questioned his decision. Mike got us in a car to test drive, financed, and in our new Kia Soul within two and a half hours. I don't know much about how fast cars are sold, but it seems like a rather quick buy. He was nice, police, and didn't mind that we brought our family, including our 3mo with us to the dealership. More
