The Worst Service Department. Do not buy from this company. My appointment was at 11am and now it's 3:30. After calling numerous times and being placed on hold for 6 to 10 minutes Do not buy from this company. My appointment was at 11am and now it's 3:30. After calling numerous times and being placed on hold for 6 to 10 minutes my call goes to a random persons voicemail. I FINALLY spoke with Hector at 2:30 and he told me it would be done in 20 minutes. At 3:20pm called AGAIN spoke with Joe Perez addressed my concerns in how can a simple oil change take over 4 hours when I had an appointment at 11am. His response was it's always like this for years and everyone waits. I requested to speak the Manager and once AGAIN placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I never spoke to the manager to address my unsatisfied service and why is there over booking so the customers have to wait. I'm Still waiting as I'm writing my dissatisfaction on here..... I NEED to go back to work in Pasadena 😡 More
