Customer service has gone down hill. One person tells me car has recall notice something for transmission. I call back to make appointment and lady tells me there is no recall on my vehic One person tells me car has recall notice something for transmission. Efrain leaves without making Uber arrangements to have me picked up when he said he would make them. Said left me a message I had another person say they left me a message there was no message on my phone they made arrangements for the Uber to pick me up. Efrain calls me when almost to dealership saying he clocked out and forgot about me. Why when I have vehicle serviced no one mentions my air filters needing changed or it is not done with the service?? More

Peter Fernandez proved to be knowledgeable , with excellent people skills and instills trust and confidence. After I retired from teaching 9 years ago,I still come to Hamer regularly to have my car serviced. I live 60 miles from Hamer. I tried Toyota dealers closer to my home but didn't feel as comfortable with the service reps . That's the reason I still remain a customer, because of Peter Fernandez. More
